Norm Marshall

Our first panelist, Norm Marshall, President at Smart Mobility, will discuss his previous transportation projects and proposed solutions cities can consider. He has managed transportation projects in over 30 U.S. states including projects for the U.S. government, state transportation departments, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, cities, and public interest groups.

Dr. Maranda McBride

Our second panelist, Dr. Maranda McBride, is the Director of the Center for Advanced Transportation & Mobility for North Carolina A&T. She is also a Professor of Management at N.C. A&T State University. Her research projects focus on the integration of humans and machines and include applications in multiple fields of study such as transportation, communications, and cybersecurity.
